While no person is perfect, we as a church believe that God calls us to live in right standing with him to the best of our ability. We believe that how we live impacts how we lead, and that leadership and service of God's people carries a heightened sense of responsibility. We take seriously: Alcohol abuse (not drinking in moderation, but drunkenness), sexual addiction (porn, abuse, infidelity, inappropriate behavior etc.), drug use, living/sleeping with your significant other outside of marriage, major pride issues, gossiping, pride issues and other sins that harm you as a person as well as your witness to those around you (not all can be listed here). We will not judge or look down on you for these issues (in fact, we want to help you!), but it's important that we discuss them before you step into leadership and servitude of God's people (1 Tim. 3:1-7). Please be honest and transparent.
